About Us...
In about 1769, Jean Honoré Fragonard (French, 1732 - 1806) painted one of my favorite pictures that you can find in Washington D.C.'s National Art Gallery. Fragonard was know for his fantasy figures: vibrant portraits of people dressed in fancy clothes and painted in notably loose brushwork and bright colors. This is called "Young Girl Reading".
